Evaluation and Certification Services, LLC (ECS) has released a report on the history and use of certification programs in the post-tensioning industry. The report details the evolution of the Post Tensioning Ironworker Certification Program and includes examples of job sites utilizing the program to insure the use of a quality workforce on the project.
